Notes on Membership & Volunteering

» Family Memberships :
When any two (2) people from the same household join as individual members, up to four (4) additional family members at the same address may join for free.

» Special Circumstances :
Members may be able to reduce their yearly dues by one-half, by assisting CTSB to:
•  Crew specific CTSB-produced programming
•  Assist with office work, cleaning, or other tasks.

CTSB staff can inform you of the methodology of such a reduction. IN ANY CASE, the minimum amount of yearly dues shall not be less than $5.00.

» Voting :
Voting privileges at CTSB meetings are allowed for residents who are members of the 5 towns* provided they have established primary residence within their town.

» Discounts :
For producing ten (10) or more shows during a membership calendar year, membership dues will be exempt for one (1) year, or in the case of an already paid multiple year membership, will be extended one (1) year for each ten (10) shows produced during a given membership calendar year.

» Educational Programming :
Education Channel Producers will be provided CTSB technicians whenever possible. Schedules for such programs will be coordinated with, and approved by the Executive Director in order to assure that Producers are able to receive the necessary technical assistance to complete their shows.
