Rules:

1. Contest is open to any-aged K-12 student from Lee, Lenox, Southern Berkshire or Berkshire Hills School Districts.
2. Winners will be announced on June 15, 2012. One prize per winning video. A minimum of 5 entries is necessary for the contest to be valid.
3. Submissions must be received by CTSB on or before May 25, 2012.
4. Entries must be submitted on DVD. Please check your disc for playback; DVDs that do not play will be disqualified. CTSB-TV is not responsible for lost or damaged media. Please do not send masters! No entries will be returned.
5. Submissions may not contain offensive language, nudity or adult situations.
6. Download your entry form from www.ctsbtv.org. Mail your completed entry form and DVD to: CTSB-TV, PO Box 360, South Lee, MA. 01260, Att: Student video contest.
7. The decision of the judges is final.
8. The student is responsible for obtaining all approvals, clearances, licenses, etc., for materials contained in the entry and must provide such clearance upon request.
